Brett has been helping homeowners sell their properties since 2018 and has been involved in more than 1,200 transactions across Texas and Florida. As a licensed real estate agent and experienced real estate investor, he understands what homes are worth, what improvements matter, and when selling as-is may be the better option.

Meet Matt Drahos
Matt started his career as a project manager, and after many years of helping other businesses find success, he decided to scratch his own itch and become an entrepreneur himself. He has successfully started, raised money for, and sold multiple businesses — before falling in love with real estate.
Matt's real estate journey began working for a local custom builder, learning how to sell dirt and build people's dream homes. After meeting a Dallas-based real estate investment group, Matt joined forces with that team and helped them scale into a multi-state powerhouse. This is where his path aligned with Brett's: he facilitated thousands of successful real estate transactions and gained extensive construction and remodeling experience.
As time went on and his experience grew, the desire to be an entrepreneur rose again, and Matt and Brett joined forces to create Fast Lane Homes.
When he's not buying or selling real estate, Matt loves to go fishing and spends as much free time as possible on any type of water. He enjoys fitness and living a healthy lifestyle while taking care of his wife and 4 cats!
