Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026

Fast Lane Homes buys houses for cash across the DFW Metroplex. When you ask us for an offer, you trust us with information about you and your property. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We use your information to evaluate your property, make you an offer, and close the deal.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We never share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
  • We use cookies and ad tools (like Google Ads) to show our ads — you can opt out.
  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

Fast Lane Homes (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Texas real estate investment company. We buy residential property directly from owners, and in some cases we assign our purchase contract to another buyer or investor. This policy applies to this website (offer.fastlanehomes.com), our phone and text conversations, and any other way you share information with us about selling your property.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an offer, call, text, or email us, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • The property address and details about the property and its condition.
  • Your answers to our questions — for example whether you own the property, why you’re thinking of selling (such as an inheritance, a move, a divorce, or falling behind on payments), and your timeline.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us, including photos, documents, and notes from our conversations.
  • A record of your consent to be contacted, including the wording you agreed to and when.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, the website that referred you, and — if you arrived from an ad — the ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link (such as Google’s gclid or UTM parameters). We store those campaign details in your browser for up to 90 days so we know which ad brought you to us. See Cookies, analytics, and advertising.

Information from other sources. Like most home buyers, we use public records — county appraisal district, tax, deed, and court records — and commercial property and contact data providers to identify properties and owners, verify ownership, and research a property’s value and title. We may also receive information from people who refer you to us, and from advertising platforms about how our ads perform.

3. How we use it

  • To evaluate your property and prepare a cash offer.
  • To contact you about your property and your offer, by phone, text, and email.
  • To negotiate, sign, and close a purchase — including title work, inspections, and closing.
  • To measure which ads and marketing work, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
  • To run, secure, and improve our website and prevent fraud or spam.
  • To keep records of your consent and our communications, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Every offer is reviewed by a person.

4. Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we may call and text you at the number you provided — including by automated technology — about selling your property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (214) 427-7234. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and the Texas no-call list for any call we are not otherwise permitted to make.

Calls to our phone number are handled by a call-tracking service that logs the calling number, time, and the ad or page that led to the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, other than with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf and may only use it to do so — website hosting, cloud storage and email, call tracking and phone/text systems, mapping and address lookup, analytics, and advertising measurement.
  • Parties to your transaction — title companies, escrow and closing agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and contractors — as needed to evaluate the property and close the sale you asked us to pursue.
  • Assignee buyers and investors. If you sign a purchase agreement with us, we may assign that contract to another buyer, or bring in a partner to fund or complete the purchase. When we do, we share the property details and the contact information needed to complete your transaction — not to market anything else to you.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta, which receive website activity data through cookies and similar tools as described in the next section.
  • Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, subpoenas, or court orders, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of anyone.
  • Business transfers — if our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
  • With anyone else, with your consent.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and browser storage — managed through Google Tag Manager — to understand how people use our site and to measure and deliver our advertising. These include tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and may include tools from other ad platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Advertising.

Targeted advertising. We use remarketing and similar features, which means third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads to you on other websites and apps based on your past visits to our site. We may also share hashed (scrambled) contact details with ad platforms to measure which ads led to an inquiry or to reach similar audiences. Under Texas law this is “targeted advertising,” and you have the right to opt out:

Google Maps. Our address search and map preview use Google Maps Platform, which is subject to Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your Texas privacy rights

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data. We extend these rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever they live. You may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
  • Get a copy of your data in a portable, readily usable format.
  • Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How to make a request: call or text us at (214) 427-7234. We will verify your identity — usually by confirming details we already have, such as your phone number and property address — before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authority. We respond within 45 days; if we need more time (up to another 45 days) we will tell you why. Requests are free up to twice a year.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us the same way and saying you want to appeal. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain our decision. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

We will not deny service, charge a different price, or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Some information may need to be kept after a deletion request — for example records of a completed sale, or of your do-not-contact request, so we can honor it.

8. Sensitive data

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive data as defined by Texas law — such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health diagnoses, sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data, or precise geolocation from your device. Please don’t include it when you contact us. We never sell sensitive data. Details you share about your situation (such as a divorce or falling behind on payments) are used only to understand your needs and prepare your offer.

We do not collect Social Security numbers or bank account information through this website. If a closing requires them, they are provided directly to the title company.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are working with you or you might want an offer, and afterward for as long as needed to keep business, tax, and transaction records, to keep proof of your contact consent or do-not-contact request, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

10. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your sensitive personal information, we will notify you — and the Texas Attorney General where required — as Texas law requires.

11. Children

This site is for adults who own or represent property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we’ll ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
